This is a friendly group trip organized by volunteers. While we have trusted adults who are willing to provide transportation and serve as chaperones, this is not an official church-sponsored event, and we do not operate under the insurance coverage or formal policies that many churches maintain.

That said, all of our drivers and chaperones have been background checked and regularly serve alongside us in ministry.

Because this is simply a group of families and friends traveling together rather than a formally organized church event, there is no liability waiver to sign.

However, we do ask that a parent or legal guardian complete and sign a standard Medical Authorization Form. This allows us to obtain emergency medical treatment for your child should an unforeseen emergency arise while on the trip.
